Brian and his whole team were just incredible. This was our very first home and they made the entire process so easy and seamless very step of the way! They were very communicative which was so helpful as buying a home can feel so unnerving and stressful while you’re in the waiting game of closing and financing but they were always really reassuring and kept me in the loop on everything. We refinanced our home loan with Alliance in 2022 and they were able to get us into a 15 year at a great rate. It was a very simple process and overall a really good experience. This year we decided to reach out to them again to see if it was possible to move into a new house while keeping our current home as a rental. We found that this is a fairly involved process that would have been daunting to try to do ourselves. Brian and his team were rockstars and made it simple. Brian and Jonathon were easy to get a hold of and always willing to thoroughly answer any questions I also really appreciate the resources they recommended for helping us get everything completed in a timely manner to meet our deadlines. Definitely would recommend them and will hopefully be utilizing them again in the future to refinance if rates go down.
